Please schedule your own flights to Malaga Airport (AGP) and let us know your flight number and arrival time, so that we can arrange transportation for you from the airport to the accommodation. The cost of flight tickets and insurance are not included in the price and must be arranged by every participant individually.

Please make sure to arrive the latest by Sunday evening, as we will start with workshops on Monday morning.

Day 1 is all about mindset, as it will set you up for success and it is the basis you need to sustain your future personal and professional growth. The topics we'll go into depth with are: identity & purpose, stress & anxiety; confidence & goals.

Day 2 is about working towards sales and marketing alignment, retaining customers, and building systems to save you time, money, and nerves.

Experience the wonderful sunset at the Mediterranean sea and enjoy the spectacular sights visible from the sea: the Alcazaba, the Gibralfaro Castle, and the Malaga Skyline.

The boat is equipped with a bar, so feel free to elevate the experience with drinks & snacks.

  • Wed, September 20: Marketing

On day 3 we will focus on marketing plans and daily execution. Our goal is to help you work smarter, not harder. We want you to become excellent at building, running, and organizing workflows to make them efficient and productive! It will save you time and trouble and prevent burnout.

On the third evening we have arranged two exciting activities. We will gather at 5pm for a guided walking tour in Malaga downtown. During this 1-hour tour we will visit the most popular sights and see what Malaga has to offer.

After the tour, we will go to a Spanish restaurant for wine & tapas. Be prepared to learn about the history and culture behind Spanish wines and cousine.

The wine & tapas tour is scheduled to end around 9pm after which you are welcome to keep exploring the city or go back to the hotel to rest for the next day.

  • Thu, September 21: Communication

On day 4 we will discuss how to become a great communicator. This means understading how different generations and personality types prefer to communicate and how you can leverage this knowledge in networking.

As the end of the week is approaching, it is only suitable that on Thursday evening we will gather in a rooftop bar. Drinks are on us and we will be there for an hour (4:30pm - 5:30pm) before the Flamenco show that is scheduled to start at 6pm near the harbor.

The spectacular flamenco show is highly recommended by locals and tourists and it is truly a must-see when you are in Spain. Please be mindful that we have arranged light beverages and snacks, but if you are looking for a bigger dinner, you are welcome to order at your own expenses what you like at the restaurant in which the flamenco show takes place.

The evening is scheduled to end around 9pm.

  • Fri, September 22: Leadership

On day 5 we will learn how to become a great leader to make everything happen that you've worked on throughout the week. This includes time & team management, as well as tools & processes that enable you to increase your productivity.

  • 9:30am - 10:00am: Arriving to the conference room

Feel free to spend your remaining time in Malaga as you like. The accommodation that is included in the price is for 5 nights (from Sunday evening until Friday morning). If you'd like to extend your time in Malaga, please book a suitable accommodation by yourself or let us know and we can check if it is possible to extend the same hotel room for you.

We have arranged transportation to the airport for you, so please kindly let us know when your departure is.

Terms & Conditions for Malaga Marketing Week

These are the Terms & Conditions that apply to Malaga Marketing Week clients (hereafter “attendee”) that attend the event hosted by Ourpower OÜ (Ltd).

Payments: 

To guarantee registration, the attendee has two options:

  • to either purchase tickets with accommodation and breakfast (total cost 3900€),
  • or to purchase tickets without accommodation and breakfast (total cost 3200€).

All prices displayed on the website include VAT.

If two or three tickets are purchased at a time, a discount of -10% will be applied with the coupon code MMW-FRIEND to the total transaction (i.e. with a full payment of 3900€, the price for two people will be 7020€ instead of 7800€). No more than three people from the same company are allowed to ensure a good mix of various industries and companies. If the customer misuses the coupon code (e.g. for a single ticket purchase), the customer agrees to Ourpower OÜ taking the falsly discounted amount from the customer's card on file.

PS! The price will remain the same regardless of whether the attendee decides to participate in all the planned activities or not.

A valid credit card or regular bank card with credit card features is required for accounts to be able to process orders. We use a third party payment processor Stripe. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Attendee’s purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete the purchase transaction.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our site and related courses and its service providers.

Privacy:

Attendees must provide their full legal name, address, birth date, a valid email address, and any other information needed in order to complete the purchase process. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to the Website, to understand our privacy practices.

Insurance & flight tickets:

It is the responsibility of the attendee to arrange flight tickets to and from the event location, as well as an appropriate insurance they may desire in connection with their attendance. Ourpower OÜ shall not be liable for any loss, liability or damage to personal property.

It is the Attendee’s sole responsibility to take care of visa requirements. If you require an entry visa, you must allow sufficient time for the visa application procedure. Your registration details might be shared with the immigration authorities to assist in the immigration process. However, Ourpower OÜ will not contact embassies and consulates on your behalf. To receive an invitation letter for the event, you must first register and pay the registration fees.

Tickets Refund/Cancellation Policy:

Tickets to Malaga Marketing Week are non-refundable but are transferrable to another guest for the event issued, tickets cannot be used towards a future event. In the case of ticket transfer, please kindly notify us at least 48 hours prior to the event to make necessary adjustments for the accommodation.

Data Protection: By submitting registration details, attendees agree to allow Ourpower OÜ and companies associated with the conference to contact them regarding the event. The contact details of registered attendees will be placed on the attendee list which will be passed to companies connected to the organization of the event (e.g. transportation, accommodation etc.)

Photographs and Videos:

Ourpower OÜ reserves the sole right to use any photographs, recordings, electronic images or publicity material received by or obtained by Ourpower OÜ in the course of the event, for whatever use deemed proper by Ourpower OÜ. Ourpower OÜ has the exclusive right to include photographic, video and other visual portrayals of attendees and speakers in any pictorial medium of any nature whatsoever for the purpose of trade, advertising, sales, publicity and otherwise, without compensation to the attendee or speaker, and all rights titled and interest bearing (including all worldwide copyrights therein) will be Ourpower OÜ’s sole property, free of any claims of attendee or speaker or any persons deriving any rights or interest from the attendee or speaker.

Ourpower OÜ-s responsibilities concerning the hosting of the event:

  • Facilitate 5 workshops and provide all the necessary access to the materials, including tools, templates, videos and other materials from the Powerful Marketer Program.
  • Provide access for 1 year to the Powerful Marketer Program’s online course.
  • Provide access for 1 year to the Powerful Marketers Community.
  • Provide a certification of completion at the end of the week, if the attendee has actively participated in all the workshops.
  • Organize and host networking activities, incl. networking dinner and other joint activities.
  • Provide accommodation for 5 nights in the downtown of Malaga with breakfasts and lunches.
  • Provide transportation to and from the airport on arrival and departure of the attendees.

Attendee’s responsibilities concerning the participation at the event:

  • Making any agreed-upon payments on time and without fail.
  • Active and focused participation in all the workshops.
  • Working with tools, templates & action items provided to ensure desired outcomes for the week.
  • Taking 100% responsibility for the success or failure in achieving their goals.
  • Being coachable and keeping an open mind.
  • Notifying Ourpower OÜ beforehand about any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Custom food alternations and orders will not be provided on the spot.

Admittance: 

In its sole discretion and without refund, Ourpower OÜ reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the event anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the event or any other Attendee. Attendee consents and agrees that in such event, it shall not be entitled to a refund of any portion of amounts paid.

Intellectual Property Rights:

OurPower OÜ owns all the intellectual property rights and materials shared during the event, unless stated otherwise. Attendees must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original content. Attendees agree not to attempt any unauthorized access to any part of Ourpower OÜ’s content, incl. using them for any illegal purposes such as selling, copying, duplicating, imitating, exploiting etc.

Disclaimer: 

Ourpower OÜ reserves the right to cancel the event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
If Ourpower OÜ cancels the event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Additionally, Ourpower OÜ may at any time, with or without giving notice, in its absolute discretion and without giving any reason, change the venues for the event or make any ohter adjustments to the schedule while ensuring that attendees’ experience will remain within the value promised to them.

Force Majeure: 

Ourpower OÜ shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, earthquakes, hurricanes, unseasonably extreme inclement weather, strikes, labor disputes, civil, governmental or military authority, government requisitions, restrictions or regulations on travel, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism or threats of terrorism, acts of war, accidents, epidemics, disasters, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control. In any such event, Ourpower OÜ may postpone, reschedule or cancel the event without liability on the part of Ourpower OÜ. If the event cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, Ourpower OÜ shall not be liable to attendee for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, or financial losses.
