The power of consistency: Why 2026 is the year to stop marketing alone

January 8, 2026

As we stand at the threshold of 2026, the marketing landscape feels more crowded than ever. We are surrounded by “game-changing” AI tools, shifting social algorithms, and an endless stream of advice on how to “hack” growth.

But for many marketers in SMEs and busy business owners, this abundance doesn’t feel like an opportunity; it feels like noise.

At the Powerful Marketers Hub, we’ve spent the last year watching the industry evolve, and, more importantly, watching our members grow.

If there is one lesson we are carrying into 2026, it is this: Marketing doesn’t need more “hacks.” It requires more humanity, more structure, and a lot more togetherness.

The branding problem of “Marketing.”

In my book, The Greatest Marketer, I talk about a fundamental issue: marketing has a branding problem. To many, “marketing” means everything and nothing at the same time. It’s a nebulous cloud of tasks—posting on LinkedIn, fixing SEO, running ads, writing newsletters—that often feels disconnected from the actual heartbeat of a business.

When you try to figure all of this out alone, you aren’t just doing marketing; you’re fighting a battle against overwhelm. You find yourself chasing “shiny objects” because you lack a compass.

The truth is that marketing isn’t a series of grand, isolated gestures. Marketing is the consistent implementation of small, strategic actions. It’s about showing up, day after day, with a clear plan.

That is precisely how The Greatest Marketer was born. It wasn’t written during a secluded month-long retreat.

It was written in the quiet, early hours of the morning during my MIP-time (Most Important Person time). By dedicating just a little bit of time each week to my most important goal, page by page, a 350-page book eventually emerged.

Marketing works the same way. When you have a goal and a plan to reach it through small, manageable steps, the “impossible” becomes inevitable.

Reflecting on 2025: A year of growing together

Before we look ahead, we must review what we achieved as a community in 2025. At the Hub, we often say that “no one wins alone,” and last year was the ultimate proof of that.

While the digital world allows us to connect across borders, there is a special magic in meeting face-to-face. In 2025, our community achieved something remarkable:

  • 10 in-person meetups in Estonia
  • 3 in-person meetups in Sweden
  • 2 in-person meetups in Spain

These weren’t just “networking events.” They were sessions of accountability, strategy-building, and deep relationship-building.

We saw marketers from different countries realize they were facing the same challenges. We saw business owners find their next collaborator over coffee in Tallinn.

This growth is why we do what we do. We currently boast a 95% member satisfaction rate and a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 87.5%. Why? Because we provide more than just content, we provide an extension of your marketing team.

In 2025, our members didn’t just consume content; they didn’t just download templates; they used them to save stress.

The five pillars of a Powerful Marketer in 2026

As we move into 2026, we are doubling down on the five-step framework that guides everything we do in the Hub and in the book.

Whether you are a seasoned professional or a business owner wearing the marketing hat, these five pillars are your roadmap to success:

1. Mindset: Moving from “Busy” to “Effective.”

The biggest hurdle in marketing isn’t a lack of tools; it’s an overwhelming mindset. In the Hub, we focus on mindset first because if you don’t protect your focus (your MIP-time), the world will steal it. 2026 is about leading with calm clarity rather than frantic reaction.

2. Strategy: The anchor in the storm

Strategy is what allows you to say “no” to the wrong things. Our Marketing Strategy Clarity Builder helps you refine your brand and value proposition so that every post, every email, and every ad serves a purpose. If it doesn’t align with the business goals, it’s just noise.

3. Marketing: Consistent implementation

This is the “doing” part. Through our Make it Happen spaces inside our Hub, we provide focused tracks for LinkedIn, SEO, AI, and more. We believe in “no fluff”—just the structure you need to execute with confidence.

4. Communication: Connecting with purpose

Marketing is, at its heart, communication. Even the best strategy fails if the message doesn’t land. To help you master this, we focus on two levels of connection:

  • Psychological Precision: We use tools like the DISC Personality Analyzer to help you understand different personality styles. By learning to tailor your message to how your audience actually processes information, you stop “shouting” and start connecting. When you communicate better, you sell better.
  • Virtual meet-ups and networking: To prevent the isolation many marketers feel, we host regular Hub Virtual Meetups. These sessions are designed to break the ice and build real human rapport. By connecting face-to-face in a virtual setting, it becomes much easier and more natural for members to continue discussions, ask for feedback, and collaborate within our digital platform.

We don’t just teach you how to “post,” we teach you how to communicate and build relationships that drive business growth.

5. Leadership: Scaling your impact

Whether you are leading a team or leading yourself, leadership is about delegation, systems, and productivity. Our goal is to help you build marketing workflows that don’t depend on you being “on” 24/7.

What 2026 holds for the Powerful Marketers Hub

This year, our goal is to make the Hub even more action-oriented. We know you’re busy. We know you don’t need another “course” to add to your to-do list. You need Make It Happen spaces.

In 2026, we are expanding our focused challenges. Whether you want to master AI for Marketers to automate your workflow, or you want to dive into LinkedIn Growth to build your professional authority, we have a dedicated host and a community of peers ready to support you.

We are also continuing our commitment to the next generation. Our NextGen Marketers initiative remains a core part of our mission, offering free membership to marketing students under 25.

We believe in nurturing the talent of tomorrow because a stronger marketing community benefits everyone.

A message to the busy marketer

If you are reading this and feeling the weight of 2026’s expectations, I want you to remember this: You do not have to figure this out alone.

You might feel like you’re the only one unsure of what’s actually driving results. You might feel like you’re drowning in a sea of trends you don’t have time to learn. You are not alone. There is a global network of marketers and business owners who “get it.”

The Powerful Marketers Hub is designed to be your safe space—a place to ask questions without judgment, to get expert input on your strategy, and to find the accountability that turns a “plan” into “progress.”

Join us in 2026

This book, this community, and this framework were built on 20+ years of experience across Europe and the USA. It’s built on what works in the real world, not just in textbooks.

We aren’t looking for passive content consumers. We are looking for committed professionals who are ready to engage consistently and grow intentionally. We are looking for people who believe, as we do, that no one wins alone.

How will you grow this year?

Will you spend another year “figuring it out” in isolation? Or will you join a community that acts as an extension of your team?

Whether it’s through our monthly live meetups, our 24/7 on-demand library, or our curated peer groups, the Hub is ready to help you move forward.

Let’s make 2026 the year we stop working harder and start working smarter – together.
