These are the Terms & Conditions that apply to Malaga Marketing Week clients (hereafter “attendee”) that attend the event hosted by Ourpower OÜ (Ltd).

Payments: 

To guarantee a spot to the event, the attendee must buy a ticket. The ticket price is displayed on the website and includes VAT. An invoice or a payment link will be sent after successful registration. 

Privacy:

Attendees must provide their full legal name, address, birth date, a valid email address, and any other information needed in order to complete the purchase process. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to the Website, to understand our privacy practices. By submitting registration details, attendees agree to allow Ourpower OÜ and companies associated with the event to contact them regarding the event.

Insurance, accommodation, meals & transportation NOT included in the price:

It is the responsibility of the attendee to arrange transportation to and from the event location, as well as an appropriate insurance, acommodation and meals. The event will take place in the downtown of Malaga, Spain. The exact location will be announced to the attendees at least 60 days prior. Ourpower OÜ shall not be liable for any loss, liability or damage to personal property.

If visa is required from the attendee, then it is the attendee’s sole responsibility to take care of visa requirements. The registration details might be shared with the immigration authorities to assist in the immigration process. However, Ourpower OÜ will not contact embassies and consulates on attendee's behalf. To receive an invitation letter for the event, the attendee must first register and pay the registration fee.

Tickets Refund/Cancellation Policy:

The registration fee (100€) to Malaga Marketing Week is non-refundable. The remaining cost of the ticket is refunded on the following conditions:

• 100% is refunded (expect 100€ registration fee) if the cancellation is done at least 120 days before the event.
• 50% is refunded (expect 100€ registration fee) if the cancellation is done at least 45 days before the event.
• 0% is refunded if the cancellation is done with less than 45 days left until the event. However, the ticket can be transferred to another guest without additional cost (ticket cannot be used towards a future event). In the case of ticket transfer, please kindly notify us at least 48 hours prior to the event.
  

Photographs and Videos:

Ourpower OÜ reserves the sole right to use any photographs, recordings, electronic images or publicity material received by or obtained by Ourpower OÜ in the course of the event, for whatever use deemed proper by Ourpower OÜ. Ourpower OÜ has the exclusive right to include photographic, video and other visual portrayals of attendees and speakers in any pictorial medium of any nature whatsoever for the purpose of trade, advertising, sales, publicity and otherwise, without compensation to the attendee or speaker, and all rights titled and interest bearing (including all worldwide copyrights therein) will be Ourpower OÜ’s sole property, free of any claims of attendee or speaker or any persons deriving any rights or interest from the attendee or speaker.

Ourpower OÜ-s responsibilities concerning the hosting of the event:

• Provide access to 5 days of trainings and workshops taking place in Malaga downtown, as well as access to all the necessary materials, including tools, templates, videos and other materials from the Powerful Marketer Program. The event venue will have internet connection as well as outlets for charging laptops.
• Provide access for 1 year to the Powerful Marketer Program’s online course accessible inside the Powerful Marketers Hub.
• Provide access for 1 year to the Powerful Marketers Hub. 
• Provide a certification of completion at the end of the week, if the attendee has actively participated in all the workshops.
• Organize and host a networking dinner with a complimentary drink and snack for each attendee.
• Offer suggestions for additional activities in Malaga (sold separately), as well as recommendations for accommodation, transportation, etc. upon request.

Attendee’s responsibilities concerning the participation at the event:

• Making any agreed-upon payments on time and without fail.
• Active and focused participation in all the trainings and workshops.
• Working with tools, templates & action items provided to ensure desired outcomes for the week.
• Taking 100% responsibility for the success or failure in achieving their goals.
• Being coachable and keeping an open mind.
• Organizing their own transportation, accommodation, meals and any other special requirements not included in the event.
  

Admittance: 

In its sole discretion and without refund, Ourpower OÜ reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the event anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the event or any other attendee. Attendee consents and agrees that in such event, it shall not be entitled to a refund of any portion of amounts paid.

Intellectual Property Rights:

OurPower OÜ owns all the intellectual property rights and materials shared during the event, unless stated otherwise. Attendees must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original content. Attendees agree not to attempt any unauthorized access to any part of Ourpower OÜ’s content, incl. using them for any illegal purposes such as selling, copying, duplicating, imitating, exploiting etc.

Disclaimer: 

Ourpower OÜ reserves the right to cancel the event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
If Ourpower OÜ cancels the event, registrants will be offered a full refund (incl. registration fee).
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Additionally, Ourpower OÜ may at any time, with or without giving notice, in its absolute discretion and without giving any reason, change the venues for the event or make any ohter adjustments to the schedule while ensuring that attendees’ experience will remain within the value promised to them.

Force Majeure: 

Ourpower OÜ shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, earthquakes, hurricanes, unseasonably extreme inclement weather, strikes, labor disputes, civil, governmental or military authority, government requisitions, restrictions or regulations on travel, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism or threats of terrorism, acts of war, accidents, epidemics, disasters, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control. In any such event, Ourpower OÜ may postpone, reschedule or cancel the event without liability on the part of Ourpower OÜ. If the event cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, Ourpower OÜ shall not be liable to attendee for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, or financial losses.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction:
Ourpower OÜ is based in Estonia. These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Estonia Whether inside or outside of Estonia, you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws of your specific jurisdiction.
