Join us every morning for a guided seaside walk & light stretching (45 min) at 7:30 AM by the lighthouse—refresh your mind & body before diving into the day’s sessions!

The event will take place in downtown Malaga nearby Alcazaba Hotel, Spain. The exact venue details will be sent to registered attendees at least 60 days before the event.
Accommodation is not included, but we recommend staying at one of our suggested hotels:

You can also book your own stay via Airbnb or other platforms. We suggest choosing a location near downtown Malaga so you can easily participate in all networking activities.
If you are flying in, the most convenient way to reach the city is by train from Malaga Airport. The station is located just outside the airport— take Line C-1 from the airport to the city centre. You don´t need to change.
To make the most of your time in Malaga, we offer optional evening experiences (not included in the ticket price):

Yes! Our Hub members receive a -300€ discount, just join us and find the code inside the Members-only events space.
Yes, you will receive an invoice or payment link for your records after a successful registration. The ticket price displayed includes VAT.
- 100% refund if canceled 100 days before the event.
- 50% refund if canceled 50 days before the event.
- 0% refund if canceled with less than 50 days left.
- Ticket transfers: If you can’t attend, you can transfer your ticket to another participant at no extra cost. Just notify us at least 48 hours before the event.
As an attendee, you are responsible for: Making the necessary payments on time

Working with the tools & templates provided
Taking full responsibility for applying what you learn
Organizing your own transportation, accommodation, meals, and any special requirements
Maintaining a respectful and collaborative attitude throughout the event
Yes, all attendees will receive access to event materials, including tools, templates, and additional resources for a full year (available inside the Hub). However, intellectual property rights apply—materials cannot be copied, sold, or distributed without permission.
If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, external disruptions), registered attendees will be offered a full refund. If the event is postponed, attendees can choose to transfer their registration to the new date or request a refund.
If you need a visa, it is your responsibility to arrange the required documents. Once you have registered and paid, we can provide an invitation letter to support your application. However, we cannot directly assist with visa approvals or embassy communications.
