You don’t need more marketing tips in 2026. You need the right marketing community

Why marketing feels heavier every year

Modern marketing is not “just posting on social media.”

You’re dealing with:

  • Constant algorithm changes
  • Pressure to be “everywhere” at once
  • Short-term expectations from management or clients
  • The need to prove ROI, often with limited resources
  • Your own doubts: “Am I doing this right?”

On top of that, your feeds are full of confident voices telling you:

“If you’re not doing X, you’re already behind.”

No wonder so many marketers quietly feel:

  • Overwhelmed
  • Isolated
  • Under-valued
  • Afraid of burning out (or already on that path)

The answer isn’t to consume more content.

Greatness in marketing: you don’t have to choose between impact and wellbeing

For years, I’ve followed leaders like Lewis Howes who talk about greatness, self-worth, healing, and the courage to pursue meaningful goals without burning out.

Those ideas influenced how I think about marketing.

I don’t believe “greatness” is only for athletes or motivational speakers.
